Did you check your redeem items icon after login page.....after entering code to get your PLEX ?

In fact a Petition is probably going to be your only choice if you indeed got the plex. You did get the plex did you not ? Mine was in my redeem items.

Hmmm. That's where I got mine. If you used PayPal, sometimes there can be an hour delay for security reasons on CCP's end.

That's what you do. Petition time.....after trying once more to copy and paste the code from your email. There will definitely be a PLEX, the cerebral thingie, skillbook, and the ship in the Redeem Gift Icon.

I've redeemed them all on existing accounts, but I've not turned any into plex as I was under the understanding that the rewards could be lost if the timecode was not applied directly to the account and instead converted to a plex.
Ah, yes. That was it. It's been over a month ago for me and I forgot that detail. It must be for 30 days game time. A PLEX cancels the ship. Thanks for reminding.
